What is an action figure:
Our definition is:

• At least 1 point of articulation
• Must NOT have a permanent base attached
• Can't be a game piece.
  ~ This does not mean the character is from a game
• Can not be considered a Posable figurine, vinyl collectible,
    model kit, or other similar products.
• Can not be a Changeable / Swappable parts Figure.
   This mean figures who's parts can be swapped with other figures
   that are not normally of that figure.
  ~ Figures that come with swappable parts of their own character are OK to use.
Example: figures that have heads with a different expression; or hands with a different shape.
• Can NOT be a custom / customized figure.
These are considered CUSTOM FIGURES.
They will be covered in Custom Figure rules.
